Politica de Precios

We are the "middleman", the way we operate is; tour and activity operator give us their services at a lower price than the available in the market.  And we charge them a commission.  At the moment it varies from 10 - 20% but we are trying to make it fix at 15%

To the selling price we increment a 5.4% due to PayPal commission and a 12% due to Guatemalan VAT.

Payment Logistics

When you buy in Sourcetour, we put on hold the money in your credit or debit card.  Confirm availability, and then do the charge. 

We transfer to the provider a 50% of the total in advance, and send the rest when the user has done the service.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your purchase 5 days prior to the activity we will refund 80%. 10 of this is for the tour or activity provider and the other 10 to cover costs of refunds.

If you cancel with less than 3 days in advance we won't be able to refund you. *

Donations

At the moment we don't have a donation program, we look forward to implement it, one of our core values is give back.  

Taxes

In the total price we have included 12% due to the VAT in Guatemala.

Damages

We are responsible for any damage caused by our fault.  We are not liable for third party mistakes.  You are 100% responsible of your acts, and will be required to answer in case any damage is done by your fault.
